Productivity
---
Exchange Mailbox Plan 1 The standard hosted Exchange mailbox plan, with a smaller mailbox quota and no in-place archive compared to Plan 2. The hosted Exchange Online mailbox itself — email, calendar, and contacts. Plan 1 is the standard tier; Plan 2 adds a larger mailbox quota and an in-place archive; Kiosk is a lighter, lower-quota tier for frontline/deskless workers.
SharePoint / OneDrive Storage Tier Plan 1
Teams (core / shared channels) Chat, meetings, calling, and file collaboration in shared team and channel workspaces. Chat, meetings, calling (within the org), and file collaboration — including shared channels for cross-team and cross-org collaboration without switching tenants.
Planner Task and project management with boards, buckets, and assignments for team-based work tracking. Kanban-style task boards for team work, integrated with Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups.
Power Apps / Power Automate (seeded) A seeded entitlement for building and running custom low-code business apps within Microsoft 365. The Power Apps and Power Automate usage rights included at no extra cost with most Microsoft 365/Office 365 plans — enough to build apps and flows against Microsoft 365 data. Premium connectors, per-app/per-user plans, and Dataverse capacity are separate, purchasable Power Platform licenses not covered here.
Viva (core) An enterprise social network for organization-wide announcements, communities, and discussions. The employee-experience platform surfacing engagement, community, and knowledge-sharing (Viva Engage, the modernized Yammer) inside Microsoft 365. Viva has several separately licensed modules (Insights, Learning, Goals, Glint) beyond this core.
Other service plans
