This tool only ever checks your own IP, as seen by our server — there's no field to enter a different target.
Many home and mobile connections sit behind carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT) or a shared corporate/VPN network — the address above may be shared with other customers, or may not map to a single device the way you'd expect. Results reflect what's reachable at that address from the public internet, not necessarily one specific device behind it.
Checking many ports back-to-back against one address can look like scanning activity to a router or ISP's security software — even though it's self-directed and only ever targets your own IP. That's expected and normal; most home and consumer setups won't notice or flag it.
