Core capabilities include: Extends NTE validation beyond time entries to include expense, material, and fixed-price components. Enhances the Invoice Confirmation Service to block confirmation when Total Billed + Unbilled Committed > NTE Amount. Fixes bugs where NTE status fails to update on approval records due to custom plugin conflicts, ensuring deterministic results. Business Value: You get consistent control over Not-To-Exceed (NTE) limits across every billable type, so you avoid over-billing and protect revenue. It flags issues before invoices go out, saving you from costly rework, disputes, and end-of-month headaches.
