Data as of 2 hours ago (26 October 2026)
Description
This release introduces industry-specific templates that simplify the creation and deployment of autonomous contact centers. Organizations can start with a preconfigured template in Copilot Service admin center > Service Operations Agent and deploy an autonomous customer service experience in just a few clicks, significantly reducing the setup effort required to design agents, workflows, and service journeys from the ground up. The templates are built around common industry scenarios and best practices, helping organizations quickly establish operational autonomous contact centers while maintaining flexibility for customization as business needs evolve. Users can leverage these templates as a foundation and extend them to meet their specific customer service requirements. These templates enable organizations to rapidly launch autonomous contact centers, reduce implementation complexity, and begin delivering AI-powered customer support with minimal configuration effort. In this release, templates are available for the retail and telecom industries. Business Value: Accelerate the deployment of autonomous contact centers with prebuilt industry templates designed to help organizations get up and running in minutes rather than weeks. These ready-to-use templates reduce the complexity of designing autonomous customer service experiences from scratch, enabling businesses to quickly realize the benefits of AI-powered customer engagement, automated issue resolution, and around-the-clock service availability.
