Out-of-box MTTA/MTTD/MTTR SLA Alert Reporting dashboard showing past trends, Top SITs getting exposed via DLP alerts generated. Customers can define their custom SLAs for high, med and low severity alerts and get access to dashboard showing operational performance and SLA metrics.
