Description
We’re introducing new rule actions in the new Outlook for Web and Windows to give users greater flexibility and control. This includes Clear Categories, Clear Flag, Complete Flag, and Flag Message, enabling more precise automation of message organization and follow‑up workflows. #newoutlookforwindows
