Workforce Insights (WFI) Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot is an agent designed to help leaders, managers, and their delegates quickly understand their organization by turning complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights. With WFI Agent, leaders can quickly explore their organization’s structure, team composition, skills inventories, and flexible work patterns to move from insight to action in a single, unified experience directly in Copilot or Teams.
