Description
The Employee Self-Service Agent in M365 Copilot expedites answers for the most common workplace policy-related questions and takes action on key HR and IT related tasks, connecting employees to authorized knowledge bases and HR/IT systems of record for faster resolution time and a streamlined employee experience.
