Outlook: Optimized hover actions in the message list on Outlook on the Web and New Outlook for Windows Beta
Data as of 2 hours ago (26 October 2026)
This item was no longer present in the roadmap feed as of 11 October 2026. Microsoft removes entries for several reasons — cancelled, merged into another entry, or reorganised — and the feed does not say which.
Description
The hover actions in the message list will be modified to be more space efficient and minimize unnecessary mouse travel. This change primarily affects users with the multicolumn (wider) message list. #newoutlookforwindows
